350Z-uk.com members are having a meet at Blyth near Bawtry on 1st March ... I'll put a link up if it's allowed
Good idea I was driving to the local monthly TVR car club meet in Langar yesterday and saw approximately 10 MX5s heading the other way on London Road, Balderton, clearly on a roof-off drive out.
Be nice to know who organises that and where they are based... I'm not proud. A run out is a run out, even with a group of hairdressers
(I could always get my beard professionally trimmed.)

I have just moved to Louth from St Albans, definitely up for some local meets and runs out! Will try and remember to keep an eye on this for the dates and hopefully have my TVR back from engine rebuild in a few weeks.
Need to find a garage to store my TVR in as got a rental house until we find somewhere to buy so if anyone in Louth area knows of somewhere close by please let me know! (Also need a job nearer to Louth as currently living in Oxfordshire for work 3 days a week!!)

More than happy for it to come and live in one of my garages Rothwell, which is about 15 mins from you.Need to find a garage to store my TVR in as got a rental house until we find somewhere to buy so if anyone in Louth area knows of somewhere close by please let me know! For anyone who has expressed their interest in a spring run out, so long as you occasionally check "my stuff" in PH, you will see when there are new posts on this thread, so won't miss anything.
I will plan the routes soon and in a few weeks time I will suggest some dates for the run for late March/early April. I may well suggest two dates for each run and run each on both dates (why not?), so that everyone has a chance of finding a date that suits them, or (in extremis) so we can move to the date at short notice if the weather is totally appalling.

Anyone going to the Louth Classic Car Show this Sunday 7th June?
Or if anyone is interested it's on from 10-4 with a meet up before at 9 In the corn market. Think you may need to pre register to display car, but if you google it you will find details.
I've not been before, so can't say how good it is but I think they get around 120-140 cars along, have some stalls, kids activities and food etc. £2.50 for adults, less for kids.

I'll just be walking up today to the corn market as my car still at garage having engine rebuild and I live a 3 min walk from corn market and a little further to the field so no point driving up.
Got a TVR Chimaera so will probably take that along next year.
Will try and keep an eye out for you and say hi!
Once I get it back we will have to try and get a PH meet in lincs somewhere!

Just arrived home, didn't see any PHers AFAIK, though I had to leave the show before 1PM for a lunch appointment.
Had a really good time chatting to owners but left scheming how I could add the superb black TR2 to my collection of old junk.
The silver Mercedes 190SL was sublime, probably way above my pay grade also.
If you enjoyed this show then you should definitely attend the Stamford Round Table car show, the same atmosphere but way more cars on display.
