How many will be camping together in the North West group? The Yorkshire group are meeting up with the Midland group for the convoy. There will be quite a few of us in the Midland group camping together too. Was going to volunteer to do a chilli for the Saturday night, but it may end up a mammoth task and a rod for my own back if I have to cover North West, Yorkshire and Midlands groups.
Need names & proper numbers before I volunteer.
Thanks.
Can do a big tupperware tub of frozen chilli to feed about 24, cannot be arsed with doing rice too though. Just french bread and big chunks of butter to go with it.

Do you want me to bring some bread, butter nachos or what ever to go with the chilli??
Paddy
Anyone got a blow torch to melt the cheese?
Keep a note of what you spend and we can have a whip round to cover it.

Would you people like me to bring cakes/ baked munchie goods? Or another chili or summit?
arnie pie said:Yes please, I sm sure folks will be bringing bacon & sausages etc, we usually pool it all together for a big breakfast.
I could bring a stack of bacon, sausages & eggs for breakfast. They cook great on BBq's
Main focus has been Saturday night dinner, which looks well covered for us all now. Sunday & Monday breakfast will sort of come together without any organisation as long as we have the food. As for Sunday, a BBQ would be good, I will bring a few items for myself and some of those disposable BBQ's.
Is anyone able to bring a Gazebo? those £29.99 jobs from the supermarket. I will be bringing two, one for the entrance to our tent if the weather is poor, and one for all of us to use communally. We usually link several together to create a big covered area with folding tables and chairs under.
Dib, dib, dib.
It's a big pot, allegedly this is 24 servings. When its cooled down, its going in the deep freeze, then it will be one hell of an ice pack for the beers during the trip down
Yes, that's a chunk of green chilli you can see on the bottom right and its got Green & Blacks chocolate in there too, nothing finishes a chilli like chocolate

Mrs Fish said:James, there isnt any need to bother with the Gazebo, unless you want it over your tent as some personal space. I am bringing a 3x3 and a 6x4, Arnie is bringing a 6x4, and Jessica is bringing a huge five sided thing. At this rate we will have more undercover space than the main beer tent & stage
James here:
Running out of space in the Atom but I'm pretty certain the Gazebo will make it
