The Lancer-Evo guys are having a get-together.
Do join in if you can make it/fancy it.

Yeah I thought it was good too. The way your car gets away from mine is fantastic. I had a ride in one at vmax, got up to 159 on the straight. Sounds amazing.

Might give the car a quick once over in the morning to make it presentable.

Is there a postcode for the peacock?

The CSLs are pretty quick, especially on-cam. I am enjoying the car very much and as you say, the sound is addictive. (This one has been de-limited so will do about 180 mph, given room.)

The car was only set for the 3rd fastest gearchanges the other night and i was changing up 500 rpm shy of maximum power.
You really need daylight and a more open road to really give it the lot!

Aye, i thought maybe something had held you up or sent you elsewhere!
The people that did turn up were good too meet.

I was reminded just what excellent value a used Lancer Evo can be if you want bangs-per-buck. One fella i spoke to has 500 bhp for only £30K including car/work.
