Following on from the 'Who is where??..' thread the Verbeer Manor has been contacted and are more than happy to accomodate us on Sunday the 21st of May!!
Adey a closet PHer has just confirmed that they would love us to bowl up and make use of the ample parking and perfect surroundings to have a big SW PHer's meet!!
Meeting from 12pm and open all day!

Gorvid, more than happy to accomodate a date that is good for everyone, did you read the post right it is Sun 21st May??
Problem is once we get into June and July there is loads going on, 21st May is pretty clear????

You bugger - you changed the original post which said Sunday 23rd May....!
I can't do Mon - Thu weeknights or Sundays until July..
But can do Saturdays anytime now, and from July onwards can do most days...

Sunday has to be the best option so that most people can make it, can you get the day off? It is only one day????

If this is the case then perhaps we move it to Sunday June 11th as a pre-Le Mans shindig. I went for May so Hugh could attend as he has been out with us before down here.
Everyone happy with this? If so we will change the header and go for that?

I can make the 21st May, but not the 28th so the original is best for me
