Exeter area monthly breakfast meet

Not sure if the same place but supposedly a good diner at haldon forest. I assume you would just use the main forestry car park which is large and good surface. Good reviews too.
Only issue is that it's pay and display and quite steep too. What about Powderham Castle Cafe? Good free car park with lots of room.
Had a quick look at Powderham and although the car park is great etc they only serve full "Billy Bunter" breakfasts at around £8 to £9 each and not bacon rolls etc. Do we think this is an issue?
Also popped into the Route A38 cafe at Wrangaton Business Park which was formally a Royal Navy Vitalers Yard. It is a well priced cafe and has lots of parking on site. It is about equi-distance between Exeter and Plymouth just off the A38 atbout 800 yards from the Wrangaton junction.
Is there support for this Sunday and do you have a preference for either of the above?

Ive used these guys before - its owned by "Buster" who is a member of the kit car club. He also owns the metalwork company opposite the diner. Can recommend it and its a great place to line the cars up down each side. Its also 5 minutes from my house !!Is there support for this Sunday and do you have a preference for either of the above?
Anyway - I cant make a drive this Sunday, but if its there, I may come up for brekkie !
A bit of an unorthodox suggestions, but how about an evening breakfast meeting? The evenings are getting longer, weather better, and traffic is pretty light after 16:30 on a Sunday.
Meet somewhere, run out to a Wetherspoons or similar for burger and shandy for under a fiver, then another trundle and back home for the closing credits of Countryfile.
I'm not particularly a morning person, neither is the wife, however on the odd occasion I've got up to come to these things and left her slumbering, I've come back to find parents visited, washing done, and 3 sacks of garden cuttings waiting on the drive. Of course this is not done to make me feel guilty, it was just that "as she was awake earlier..."
