Hi Guys.

I'll be at Virginia Waters, but I'll be making my own way up earlier to see a few people in London beforehand.

Paul, Virginia Waters is in Surrey. Best route is from M4 come off on A329M south towards Bracknell then cut across via Ascot down to Virginia Waters. We'll be at the large Carpark next door to the Wheatsheaf pub.

Remember the £4.50 car park fee. You'll need cash for the machine.

Meeting at the Brewsters car park on the A350 just off J17 M4 at 8.30am
Aiming to leave at 9 to be at fleet for 10.30

Daz is correct as to the location, but I spend all week on motorways so will be going via some nice A roads - the route is nearly as direct but much more fun!!

Hope to see some of you there.

I may go depending on what a friend is doing, but my cossie is having the gearbox done at the moment, so it will be in a 2.0 automatic C-reg black 190E.

Might go separately so as not to lower the tone .

Seriously though, might tag along if I decide to go but if I'm not there assume I'm not coming!

(I'm in Cheltenham by the way)

Can't do the link thing, but put the postcode SN14 6UZ into multimap and you're away.
Basically it's at the end of the dual carriageway leading in to Chippenham from the M4
There's a travel inn and a brewsters and we'll meet in the car park.

I'm also meeting a car at J18 of the M4 at 8.15 if anyone would rather meet there.

On the M4 from J18 to J17 only, then cross country to the M3 followed by a quick blat to fleet services.
At that time on a Sunday the roads should be clear

If you get off the M4 at J18 and take the A46 toward stroud, after about 500 yards there's a layby on the left, that's where I'll be.

Got the car back from its service today, so I'll see you 'tween 8.30 & 9!
BTW - You might want to watch the bit between J17 & Brewsters - known scamera locality.

Dear All,

If you are planning on coming to Fleet from Chippenham, might I suggest leave the M4 at J13, head down the A34 and off at the first exit, thru Newbury and then take the A road to Basingstoke but beware of the Truvelo speed cameras about a mile before the outskirts of Basingstoke.
Take the Basingstoke ring road around to the M3 then it's towards London for about 10 miles to Fleet services.

Regards,

VHR
