Nice to say they made a bit of an effort today - maybe they read some of the comments on here. Enjoyed my brekkie!

They still need to clean the place though!

Must apologise to those parked round back. Didn't notice you were there until we were on the way out!

Catch you all next time!

Quite a individual and unique car you have.

I had to shoot off early (minor family emergency, but all sorted) so didn't get to see the masses turn up

One thought, it seems we need somewhere with a bigger car park and we seem to like a moan about AV8, so maybe we should try somewhere else next time ?
Be nice to have all the cars in one place rather than some at the front and the others hidden away around the back ?

I wonder if its worth asking The Tavern at Castle Combe whether they'd open up for us?

That's a good idea. There were one or two breakfast meets a couple of years ago, a la goodwood-stylee. Well attended but petered out for some reason.

Castle Coombe would be too far south for me. 45 mins to an hour each way is ok. Start to hed as far south as Castle Coombe and it becomes closer to the far southwest meets

The tavern at CC would be ideal.
However, if its a central location you're after then we need to find something in the Cirencester / Swindon area similar to Kemble
Perhaps the old boathouse on the spine road near Southcerney (on the A419, so easy to get to)
Or, if you don't mind a bit of roadside diner, then Greasy Joes in Cirencester does a decent cup of tea and has a large car park

Greasy Joes is also a real car nut, American stuff is his bag, he owns a couple of good ones.

Great pictures guys.
Castle combe would be a great location. Plenty of space there, breakfast is good as well.

I thought AV8 did a decent job yesterday and would rather stay there.

Sorry for a minor thread hijack but are those spotlights or DRL's in the radiator intake area? I assume they are spotlights to help with main beam.

Having organised this for the past year or so I know trying to find the right place to please everyone is impossible !! I had thought about castle combe as well and know a few folk there. But I think AV8 ticks most boxes, what do folk think ?
