Spotted a Red Westfield going towards Churchill yesterday afternoon. I was in the Blue Tiger Supercat if your on here.
I was also on my way back last Thurs from brands hatch Trackday and spotted a gaggle of Tiger cars at the Griffin in bridgeyate around 8:45
I would have said it was a kit car meet then seen the TVR turn up so it was definitely a kit car meet
Ooh the Westie boys will love you! LOL! Yes that was the regular BKCC 1st Thursday of the month meeting. There were two Tigers (one was me) and a fair few Westies plus other bits and bobs. We meet at the Shallows in Saltford then convoy to the White Hart. We saw a kit/nice car go by (cant recall which type) and we all commented 'not one of ours then' as you sailed by and didn't stop!! It's open to all sorts of cars not just kits even though we are called the BKCC.I was also on my way back last Thurs from brands hatch Trackday and spotted a gaggle of Tiger cars at the Griffin in bridgeyate around 8:45

PM me if you can make it and fancy a blat
Spent most of my Sat over in Wales with a few mates who came from Somerset, newport and |ross on wye.
On the way back I did catch up due to traffic a Nissan GTR on the bristol By pass which was bronze/gold. Sounded like thunder And if your here I am more aware how quick u are. but did like the showing off how fecking quick they are. But Not so much the black smoke you left me in

Looks like you guys had a good time in Wales then? Sorry I couldn't make it, had to work on my car to get it ready for our Combe track day tomorrow. Thank you for the invite though, I will try again in the future if you ever do a run like that again.
I'm surprised you are not BKCC members? We have loads of stuff like that going on, in fact we have a blat up to Tintern coming up soon and the Tetbury Classic Car Show.
The BKCC have the Castle Combe track to themselves all day long Monday 17th! All spaces are now gone but if any of you want to pop in and say hello please do so.
We also have Dino Zamperelli coming for the day. For a small donation to our charity he is giving us rides in our own cars and tuition around the track!!!
He's a pukka racing driver, did GP3 last season or the season b4, had 8 podiums and now races in the Porsche Carrera Cup so he is VERY GOOD! I intend to have him show me how to drive my car properly.
If you turn up you may get a passenger ride with some of the BKCC guys as they are all good blokes and don't mind as it is all for our charity we started called "Go! Inspire" There will be about 14 or so of us going round in our kits, plus guests as passengers etc etc.
If you are off work and not too far away pop in and say hello.

Thing is we all met via the Tiger main forum then went onto become the South west tiger owners. All being from the same area (South west/Wales). We Either have or had Tigers over the past 10-14 years.
But it's grown to more about like minded mates now.
We do Le mans every 2 years as a group, Go to each other's BBQ, days and nights out. Some of us live in Indonesia (Still own a tiger) so meet up when in the UK.
And one thing we don't miss (Right or wrong) is as we have had Tigers for such a long time we don't often get the same asked about the car time after time after time from new members. Non of us that I know of Partake in Kit car forums as such anymore. I keep the odd eye out on the kit car sub forum here.
So it's really just like minded old mates who enjoy the same thing.
We still attend SW meets such as the cheddar meet in the Spring, Going to Thornfalcon show. We also do Euro tours ever few years.
But would never stop anyone joining our trips.
Hope that makes sense.
And just looked I have posted on BKCC so i'm a member but not very active

It makes perfect sense remaL. Sounds like you have it well sorted! I didn't even realise there was a Tiger forum or SW Tiger owners club. I'll google them both.
Do you ever go to the Avenue Drivers Club breakfast meets in Queens Square in Bristol centre? I'm there from time to time. If I spot you guys I will say hello and introduce myself
