Folks,

I am a member of a Brighton based V8 car club. It's a pretty small club at the moment, and we're on the lookout for new members. We meet every couple of weeks or so, usually mid week.

We are having an evening meet on the evening of Wednesday 12th May in Brighton, though we will then proceed in convoy to a country pub. If anyone would like to attend, you'd be more than welcome (provided you've got a V8! )

It's a pretty informal gathering, and there's no membership required or anything.

Let me know if you'd like to come along and I'll give you details of the meeting place.

Dan

P.S. Apologies for the short notice!

It's the Royal Oak at Wineham. Rendezvous at the pub at 7pm, or convoy from Harrington Road in Brighton at 6:30.

Hope you and Daryl can make it.

Phil you are incorrigible! And I see you've managed to make it out of the bathtub, at last!

The Royal Oak, Wineham! That's uncanny. Just the other week I lost my way whilst driving along the country lanes as you do and ended up passing that pub and thought it looked rather nice.

I'm not sure I could find it again though!

And I thought Ben was Incorrigible

The Pub's address is:
The Royal Oak. Wineham Lane, Wineham, West Sussex, BN5 9AY

So you can look it up on a mapping site. We will probably go to the Royal Oak in Poynings later in the evening.

If you get lost, or can't find us my mobile is 07970 177772.

I'm going to have to show mini-MM the correct technique to eat a jaffa cake. You have to delicately dissect it using your teeth so that you're left with the orange circle intact and then let it slowly melt on your tongue. Delicious!

Furthermore, he has to be introduced to the delights of McVities Chocolate Caramels
