PistonHeads Cottage Loaf Meet, Wirral
Discussion
Hi guys, thank you all for an excellent turn out. I'll be uploading the photos at some stage, possibly later today. There's some nice snap shots thanks to my friends and their cameras. I trust you all managed to avoid the local BoB!
Ben, that Porsche is quite something, sounded like you took to the skies in 2nd gear!

Hi, I'm not sure when there will another meet, upto now there has been one every year, (starting out last year) so hopefully we can keep that schedule going, but I'm sure we could meet again soon if we got more interest and more cars. CheersShame I missed it

Can we do one for people who have crap cars but fancy meeting up, having a bit of banter, etc?
?? just realised why I don't come on here that much ... nice friendly attitudeEdited by psmurphy on Sunday 18th July 15:13
I think you misunderstood what t84 was meaning by that.
I think t84 meant that he just wanted a meet whereby folks don't feel they need to turn in in 60k's worth of Porsche.
I was a little like this previously. I had a Peugeot 307 company car and it was dull as dishwater, but if i felt welcome at a meet, i would go along and would keep going back. I used to make sure i parked it out of the way mind!
I once went to a meet whereby i was made to feel like a passing sales rep - so didn't go back.

Sorry all and to t84 specifically, I totally misunderstood\misread what was posted up, my fault, will keep an eye on this thread and see if another meet comes out from it and if so will bring a few skylines along if I can...
