Not so much spotted as, couldn't bloody miss it. Yellow land rover with big PH smiley on bonnet reg S2 GMF. Harrogate today by valley gardens.

Might be me if it was a Foz, though I've seen an Impreza wagon in red around Pudsey (not sure if smiley though?)

Smiley is white and placed at a jaunty angle on the far right of the back bumper if that helps. Don't want to say precisely where it was parked because I wouldn't want someone doing that to me
