No sign of Ben or Pippa?
Haha this is what you get for organising a meet just round the corner from your parent's house, then going back to uni a long distance away! To be honest I have been very busy recently, but I might be able to make the March meet. Pippa is having a knee operation thta morning, so best wishes to her from everyone. I will be home to transport her around and might be staying till Monday night. I will try to pop along before fighting the M1 back to uni! Glad to see the event has taken off and I hope to get there more regularly in the summer v15ben said:

Cheers for the good luck message mate. Depending on how the op goes, she might be coming along too. I have done Leeds to Nottingham in under an hour before at 1am on a Sunday morning. Always good fun when the M1 is empty! Just a reminder for this Monday.

bugger. i was going to come to this, but the 12th is my first wedding aniversery.
will have to make it the next one.
will have to make it the next one.
SO! And your point is?
i dont want a divorce.
Tell the little lady you're taking her for a nice quite meal in a lovely quiet place just near Birstall
Well...its quiet when we're not there, they usually serve grub for us for free and its not far from Birstall so its all true
OR
Take her for a meal before hand and on the way home say "hang on love, I have to nip in and grab something from a friend of mine down the Railyway - it wont take long"
Et Voila

They usually put some sort of hot sandwiches up for us, totally un-requested and purely down to the Landlord's generosity.
Plus the fact I ring him up the day before to remind him that a bumper harvest of takings will be coming on an otherwise quiet Monday night and the visitors quite like nice sandwiches The landlord is a top bloke though and he loves the cars as do all the staff who seemed to spend more time running to the windows looking out every time something pulled up rather than serving drinks Gassing Station | Yorkshire | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
