Ah the Malton meets. I miss the earlier ones before it all went a bit chaotic that the year the Focus RS and the GTR were doing the daft high speed runs on the main road.

I also miss the Jenny Wren Inn charity day, held long before social media. Fond memories of a passenger ride in some exotica including an F40.

Yikes I’m starting to sound like an old man
Happy days.

I had a ride in the F40 too, one of those things that sticks with you.
Potentially a bit of nostalgia for you. I didn't get a ride, probably around £250ks worth back then.

Great stuff. I did wonder if I'd caught anyone here. Hope I got your good side!

On a wet and windy morning, a Packard at my local garage. New paint, lovely bodywork, bench seat !

A six cylinder engine but I don't know which model or the year.

I believe he’s called Tony, I remember trying to source him a clutch a good few years ago!

Looks to be a 1950 but it should have a chrome moulding on the side and an 8 cyl. engine ???

Less flash, a white and a grey mid 90s Corolla convoy just heading north in the m1 by Barnsley.

Can’t remember last time I saw one, let alone two

The white stable mate parks in the car park of the apartments where they both reside. No idea why the black one doesn’t unless it’s too big to enter. The parking tickets daily must mean it’s £900 a month to park outside!!

Another odd Middle Eastern spot this evening. A 90’s shape tired looking Ford Mustang in yellow on Whitehall road. Probably £5k’s worth at most that must have cost best part of that to ship here, let alone if it was flown.

Speed van operating on outskirts of Ripon near golf course heading north to Lightwater valley A6108 - Sunday 10am - in a 40 which is a bit unusual & in an entirely innocuous stretch.

I saw a ton of old, dirty cars travelling between Harewood and Pool yesterday. Definitely some kind of Ralley. Lots of Porsce 924s, 928s and 944s. Plenty of MGBs, think I saw a volvo p1800 in there, a BMW 2002, mk1 escort, Peugeot 309, BMW E30 possibly some lancias or alfas not sure.
