Forgot to post, I saw darkyoung in his AX(not spotted him, or his partner for ages) waiting to come out of Burdyke Avenue onto Water Lane on Saturday afternoon(possibly sunday).
Ps I'm now in a very forgettable Kia Ceed that I've bought purely for the warranty, after the trusty astra cost £2.5k within a couple of months and started showing signs of engine issues.

That will have been Saturday, shortly after lacerating my hand on a piece of glass trying to clear a drain.... I think we were on the way to take the dog out!

Sorry to hear about the Astra, I shall keep an eye out for a Kia with a smiley!
