Well we had a good giggle last night in the end. A closed venue, a bit of chat, a bit of driving, a bit more noise, some artistic direction and a photography lesson!

Consensus is -

-A bit of driving and/or differing meeting places is good.
- More people should make an effort
- We need a new thread for 2012 because no body is reading this anyway!

I'll get the pictures finished well before the next meet, but perhaps starting the new thread with those might generate a bit more interest

Turned out to be a fun evening. Thanks Ade for buying the coffee. Also an interesting insight into how to take proper photos of our cars, although I shudder to think what the tanker drivers at the refinery thought upon seeing a group of men stood around in a dark car park looking into cars and turning their lights on and off!!

Looking forward to the next one.

Yeah thats why I can rarely make it. Last time we had a morning one (last xmas?) it was a big turnout

Iam in a car club that requires me to attend some w/end shows, but I would be up for changing the day to Sunday so more can attend and vary type of meet.

If majority want Sunday, What about trying a one off on June 10th to test the water and go from there.

Batley Boy(Simon) this is your sticky so what about you commenting on this and probably starting a list off for the above date if it is to your liking.

A Sunday morning sounds great to me Ade; I think swapping locations and days of the meet around is a good idea as it gives folks who can't do the Monday night meets chance to come along.

Any reason why you suggested the June 10th date though as it seems like a long time away?

Anyway I would be happy to go along with the majority decision.
