Rather nice 458 spider in the Shell garage in Garforth tonight. Had a nice chat across the forecourt.
Ayup! She had just been in for her first service. JCT tell me that I had the most miles on a 458 that they had had in for a first service at 6500! Result.Red Jaguar XKR yesterday evening coming off the M621 to join the M1 northbound near Leeds.
Was a few cars back so pulled out into the wrong lane and absolutely gunned it past everyone and joined back into our lane just in time, a cheeky maneuver but I wasn't complaining with that exhaust note full pelt past my open window.

Well that's been an interesting afternoon.
Going into Rothwell from Ouzlewell Green, a 1929 Ford of some type (plate SRC 296) passed us going the other way.
Then, on the way out towards Woodlesford, the biggest spot of the year for me, GF8511. 1930 Bentley 6.6 litre LeMans team car.
And on the way back home, a 1932 Riley 1500.
Having a look around, it seems the 2015 Flying Scotsman endurance rally starts from Oulton Hall on Friday, so keep your eyes out for assorted interesting machinery in the area! Good God, look at the entry list!

14 plate RS4 Avant passed me on the M18 at about 7.20 this morning. I don't tend to see many about which aren't saloons
They will be B7's they don't make a saloon B8 RS4 just avants. Spotted an XFR going through Eldwick around 7.30 tonight.

They were all on our ferry last night from Rotterdam to Hull as we were on our way back from Spa. Some fantastic cars. Going into Rothwell from Ouzlewell Green, a 1929 Ford of some type (plate SRC 296) passed us going the other way.
