"...an an ingin ane anaw"
My Mrs went to uni in Dundee and her main remembrance of the dialect is;"...an an ingin ane anaw"
"an ingin ane anaw, an ah'll tak a telly tae"
Or
"and I shall have an onion one, plus a copy of the Evening Telegraph also"

If this amuses you check out the new Asterix and the Pects book.
The Gauls are weegie, the Picts speak Doric and the Romans speak with a Dundee accent. One of the centurions is called Ingananeneus. Clever stuff.
Daily Mince link below sums it up well.

Just noticed that The Nilupul Foundation was founded in Dundee.
That wouldn't have been my first guess. Yet more evidence that I shouldn't judge.
