not sure if its 57 or 07 fish but it was dark blue and the silver 5 series is just kickin around ayrshire left right and centre they pulled 3 or 4 cars in irvine on tuesday afternoon

Yep, a 3 series. They also have a blue/black one. I'm sure the reg on both starts with LG/LD?

Silver astra 61 plate in dumbarton pulled someone going through 40mph roadworks on A82 just after bowling. Lights in back window etc. Very discreet ,!

Just saw it again poverty spec silver 5 door hatchback. Reg number SF61KYV ( not 100% on Reg but looked like that from my distance)

Looks like q couple of these I Reg checked both and both coming up as silver or grey 5 door hatch astra cdti ecoflex diesels!!
Just see the blue lights sitting on parcel shelf height through rear hatch. Really sneaky one travelling up and down temp 40 going in and out dumbarton.

Also on the same stretch of road yesterday, a dark blue or black 3 or 5 door Focus, I think! A base model from a fleeting glance. Only got my attention when I saw the driver had chrome numbers on his shoulder. Road-works or no, this 40mph road in Dumbarton is always heavily policed, easy when the Headquarters is on the same road.

Saw the 5 dour silver astra pulled someone over in Motherwell. Just a standard spec car but lights in back window which appeared blacked out! Was dusk though so could be mistaken!

Seem to be very high profile traffic cops activity just now. I know they have a new Audi S3 quattro coming. No sure if deployed yet.

Any ideas why they are so high profile just now?
