Cheers chaps...I will have a lot of cleaning and polishing to do as he is a messy bugger..I sprayed up the rubber cap that sits on the sensor plate with some red flexible plastic paint and there was no need for him to touch it but when i showed him it..Guess what..He touched it..banghead...hehe..A small section of the bodywork needs taking out under the blower as it's resting on it and making the engine sit slightly pished!..It has to be done as i wont be able to stand the noise or see out of any mirrors due to the vibration..I have decided to order a stainless exhaust system from ACT so Delilah wont be as noisy..Plus i want to hear that sucker whinning....The only concern is the EPS pump..When it was turned by hand due to the reservoir needing rotation it sounded like it was grinding a bit but im hoping this was down to having no fluid in it..I think it all was meant to be though as so far everything has gone weirdly smooth..For instance when the alternator was fitted via a fabricated bracket to the N/S the belt he was going to use was too long and would of rubbed on the thermostat housing..I had one in the boot which was way too short for the original set up and it sat in the boot for about six months, I nearly chucked it..It fits perfectly..Then the old PAS pump belt tensioner and the alternator adjusting arm that came with the S/C kit which initially wasnt needed was used to secure the newly positioned alternator..Again fitted perfectly..Some weid going's on also happened..Tools literally disappeared that we were using and ended up over on his workbench..And i saw him put them down in front of us..Then when he went upstairs to look for a belt tensioner we heard a massive crash as he got to the top of the stairs..His brother came in and said WTF was that?..A stater motor just fell off the shelf..I guess it's the spirit of TVR...I cant wait but im gonna have to...rotate..Cheers...Ziga

Hi Mark

It's looking good.

With the fuel system sorted and brake upgrades and now this supercharger you have turned a basic V6 into a rare car!

To join the other rare supercharged sx car club!

It's been a long road but you are nearly there!

It's all looking good Zig. Well done chap. I like it when someone does it their own way rather than going with the crowd. Looking forward to hearing it!

What about cooling Mark, that fan looks a bit diddy like my old one. Do you think you may have to big it up with perhaps an oil cooler as well.

Hi Mate..I was contemplating a new fan even though the one i have is working ok..Im not going to be driving the car hard or tracking it so i shouldnt need an oil cooler..As said when the kit was designed it bolted straight to a standard V6 cologne without any mods to cooling..Oil or fuel..However i will make sure that these are all optimum and upgrade if needed..Cheers..Ziga

That's strange - silicone bits on Delila - they would be enlargers, not reducers ;^)

Hi peeps..well i was hoping to be posting a video of the first S/C start but stylink never turned up with the silicone pipe needed..Still we got some more bits done..The EPS pump works fine..The alternator is all wired in and the ignition system is ready and waiting..Apparently there is a "Get you going map" in the unit but i will get it booked in on the sanspeed RR just to make sure everything is doing what it is supposed to be..Fingers crossed for tomorrow...Cheers...Ziga
