As I happen to be staying with my parents for the weekend, I was wondering if anyone was going to the diner tomorrow from south essex, who had a spare seat and could pick me up and drop me back home again?

Hi Zig. Thanks for that. I am staying in a place called Corringham at the moment, if that's any help. It is not far from Basildon. The only thing is that I need to be back at my parents by 1pm.

Ok no worries. I would have driven to the diner, but I've left the car at home and got the train up to my parents. The only other thing that I could try would be to get a train up to London, pick up a DLR train somewhere and maybe somebody could pick me up from a DLR station?

Have consent to attend this Sunday too. May bring Tamy this time. I was wiped out when I got home. Probably the result of three and a half days in the sun.

Hi Mark, there has always been plenty of parking at Crystal Palace when I have been there. There are the clubs stands and then there is a big parking area on the lower level for people who arrive on the day.

Its worth trying Nick of SEL as well. He was looking for a car for one of the days to go on the stand.

Thanks mate...I might give it a try in the morning..I think the stands are all taken, I have never been before and assumed that they have a classic car area for those who don't want to show...Apparently there is but its limited..As regards to the Air show at BH it looks like its going to be like it was when it first happened..Which is cool..Although you were allowed to walk around and sit in aircraft even the ones round the back then but i was only a small little tw@t then...laugh
