Hadn't realised I'd parked so poorly.

Loverly cars, good food and smart company this morning.

Not sure what the plans are for next weekend but will try and make one of the days. I'll try the cement works too wink

Out of interest is this since you fitted the AFPR?..As i understand it the malpassi type have no gauge..Might be worth getting one...Ziga

Mark,

I have a temporary accurate gauge fitted, it's not the pressure regulator. It feels very similar to how the SEAC was when it's air flow meter was fubared; starts easily but won't idle, lots of black smoke and spluttering.

See you tomorrow!

Should be up for Sunday. Although ill be Cerb-less as its 12k service at APM is now looking like its going to take while longer to include having the rear drop links replaced, a part rewrire of the engine loom and new outriggers!

Blimey mate...That sounds an expensive service...Hope you get it sorted, At least once the riggers are done it should last 20+ years...

Good meet today..A nice turnout of TVR's...Just need a Sagaris and a T350 and we would of had every model at the Diner..

Hope you got home safe Jon...Get that shyte brake fluid out..Its way too milky...(Looked like my cup of tea).

See you tomorrow...Cheers...Ziga

Good to see a few nice cars this morning!
Went for a bit of a drive after, and did a few abrupt stops, but there was a bit of a smell and the brake pedal was getting longer and longer, so pulled over and got a ride home on a recovery truck!

Oh dear!....I hope it's not the rear calipers...The fluid is definitely heavily contaminated and so will boil quicker and will have lost its hydraulic viscosity..Get the rear end up and on axles stands and inspect the pads...You will need to get that shyte brake fluid out and flush/Top up with some 5.1...You may of had a touch as it may be a slight binding issue due to the car being sat about for a few months but smelly brakes are NOT good...Keep us updated...Cheers...Ziga

Yeah you could say... I'm going to have the outriggers done in July hopefully as there is a 4 week wait.

Should be as good as new by the time I get it back though.

Sorry but I now won't be at the diner tomorrow either
