Hi Dave..I did have a chat about this with a guy from demon tweeks..The only problem mate is where to fix it..I literally have no space for anything else around the engine..Its tighter then a pair of spandex!..(Not that i would know)...I have a turbo boost 17" kenlowe fan and an alloy rad being made by ACT..This should be more than enough cooling..Once it has all been fitted and tested then i will probably go the waterless coolant route..In the meantime i have some brain food...Cheers..Ziga

Hi Zig

I was looking at that street supercharging book on the bay, is it worth $30 of my hard earned?

Hi Adam..The original copy came out in 1984 and has been revised up to 2009 and covers pretty much all types and aspects of superchargers..It does hit on Ignition..Pistons...Heads..Intercooling..Density..Volumes..Pressure..And how to check for wear and tear..Im not a massive bookworm but i think its a good read full of tried and tested..I got mine from amazon uk and in the book there is an overseas distribution called Brooklands books..(Aus) although i just had a look and they dont seem to have it..However i did have to wait for mine for a little while..If you understand the tech then its a good purchase..Im still learning so its a bit over my head..confused...laugh...Cheers...Ziga

May be too late if you are already getting your radiator made ... but have you thought about moving the radiator into the nose? You can get a larger rad in there with twin fans and it would leave you room for an intercooler. Cheers Steve

Hi Martin..Theres not loads as regards to intercooling just that getting the intake temperatures down is always a good thing whether it be water cooling/injection or oil..Sometimes as with mine its having room to put the set up somewhere...I think i will go for the cool tube option that sits pre-blower and freezes a spiral tube with refridgerant so the air entering the blower is cooler..

Hi mate..I did but i have the EPS pump and the K&N in the way now..I have however learnt a valuable lesson from it all..Make sure you plan for every eventuality..In hindsight i could of stripped out the dash..Centre console..Seats..Door caps and cards and had them all re-trimmed put back in and just the carpet and roof to do!..Now all that is going to get done after the fest..Cheers...Ziga

Until you melt you engine, yes great things for a little circulation after engine shutdown, but not as a replacement for the belt driven pump.

Chris.

Or did I misinterpret the wink ?
