Passenger window problem

Got a problem with the passenger window on my 450SE, if the door is closed with the window up the window sits on the outer edge (gutter) of the roof panel. If the window is lowered and then raised its seals in the correct place under roof panel. Any ideas or suggestions its a silly problem but drives me mad.

Good call Mike.B previous owner had roof overhaul, I wonder if they cocked it up, will check other way round, at present front of roof does look to big for screen,(about 3/8" overhang) as you I dont know if the front is wider or narrower than back. Perhaps someone could measure there,s for me.

I think its as you and rev said, am going to adjust this weekend. Dont tell my wife I take the girlfriend out in the Wedge, you know they dont understand.
will let you know if this solves problem
