a rare and unusual spot last night leaving work.
Parked up in Treforest was what appeared to be a R34 Skyline. It was only as i approached that I noticed it was an estate car!
A very well done Nissan Stagea with an R34 front end conversion. looked pretty cool tbh. And reminded me how stupid I was to turn down my mates offer of his old Stagea for almost scrap price a few years back![frown](/inc/images/frown.gif)
If you've never seen a Stagea, this is the standard look

and this is the after conversion look

the Nissan Stagea is basically a Nissan Skyline Gt-s estate. shares all engine & running gear with the GT-R and turns out a GT-R conversion is pretty easy to do!

Spotted a green Caterham Roadsport X666 xxx I think, had a PH sticker on the back. Swansea, Oystermouth road by the prison. Stopped by the lights before the lane merges because of road works atm. I was right next to you in a black Twingo, tried to make eye contact but you were checking a plethora of dials and gauges!
Grey Porsche Panamera in the car park of the Big Bite in Cross Hands at 1.15 this afternoon. Black DB9 heading off the M4 at J47 with a yellow 987 Boxster close behind. White Audi Ur-quattro at J45. Green Caterham 7 with yellow bonnet stripe on the M4 at Port Talbot, west bound. Grey Aston V8 Vantage S on the M4 at Port Talbot eastbound. New Porsche Caymen passing Margam Park.

Hi, was coming back from a trip round the north Gower roads, heading back to Bridgend. Lots of dial inspection as a new rad & temp was creeping up. Ended up with the heater on full blast & got slowly cooked in the traffic.Nothing quite like getting up to speed & finding a cow ambling across the road to test the sphincter control...

A very Middle Aged lady driving a 997 turbo thought LLANHARRAN Friday afternoon.
Ahem, excuse me but have you noticed how many interesting cars are driven by very Middle Aged men?!?!?Sadly I probably fall into the (new to me) category of being a very Middle Aged lady but looks can be deceptive.
I was actually looking in on South Wales Spotted in the hope someone had seen me yesterday driving our white Aston Martin Vantage S leading 4 other Astons plus a Porsche GT3RS from Llandrindod Wells through Builth and Brecon via the interesting routes down to Tintern.
Happy to say we had a fantastic weekend playing in Wales and you might also have seen 20 of us out and about around the Beacons over the weekend.
Don't judge on appearances .. just sayin'
