What sort of radius are you prepared to travel..?
I was hoping for East Anglian fare - I`m sure there is a vineyard near Maldon isn`t there?
You could always try the Compasses pub at Litley Green… it's just up the road from the Ridley's brewery… serves a cracking pint (no pubs, just barrells), and huffers (a traditional triangular Essex bread) with a variety of fillings…
Vineyard..? One near Stock...
Jeez........that's some kind of suprise.......
Ian...yes..
please do dump Turkey in bin
Please do add garlic
Please do replace Fry Light, but not with butter...but olive oil (not the Popeye variety)
please do increase wine to 3 bottles..(oh sorry....(you didn't mention that)
...//P//

Have you tried it? Take it you don't want my recipe for Sherry Trifle Surprise..... made with roll mop herrings?
please stop, your putting me off my broccoli ice cream
A serious suggestion...
Try the wine from Bruisyard (nr Framlingham).
The best bacon in the world comes from Peasenhall (Emmetts IIRC)
Casserole sausages from Revetts in Wickham Market with Emmetts bacon, local onions, red wine, and serve on a bed of mash.
Cracking!
Best wishes
Chris
