Really enjoyed the day.. Thanks folks.
Nice to see the usual suspects and meet a few new guys and gals
Sorry about the whiplash and new style front end Eskimo...
Must have been distracted by the sight of your lovely NSX in my rear view.. ( cue witty line from PK500 !! )
The day was topped off by me being able to have a few pints before you lot got home ! Stayed overnight in the Brudenell..

Great day, perfect weather and big thanks to the organisers. Car of the day for me was the little red Alfa.

Had a great day too, enjoyed the pretty Alfa in my rear view.
Cheers guys, gave it a bit of a thrashing. Although did wish the guy in the blue cobra in front of you would go faster, although having only had it for 2 weeks it was probably rightly cautious.Edited by jamieandthemagic on Tuesday 15th April 22:07

Hi Sam, glad you made it. I'm assuming that your the guy I asked to come and join us when you were house sitting for a friend with an R32 Golf. Sorry I never got a chance to chat with guys for very long, I don't know where the time went.Look forward to seeing you again.

It was his first trip out in it ! And with about 400 bhp ! Had he brought his 'vette, you wouldn't have seen him for dust Edited by jamieandthemagic on Tuesday 15th April 22:07

I must ask, for those who were already waiting at the finish line such as the TVR sagaris and the two old lotus', who heard me coming in my MG? I nailed it down the coast road for a bit of fun then pulled up to meet a very nice red sagaris, what a car!
The Sagaris was mine- don't remember hearing you coming I'm afraid. Me and Coyft (RS4) left early so we could have a quick run down, figured there were too many cars in Stow for a spirited drive and it had been really slow from Thetford to Stowmarket as well, think it was just too many cars meaning you get clogged up at junctions and the like. Or maybe I'm just too much of a hooligan! Also were the 2 Lotuses anything to do with PH? I don't think they were but they were the highlight of my day!

I got there fairly early, but to be honest I heard so many great noises it's hard to remember! The holidaymakers walking along the sea-front seemed to enjoy the random parade of cars that appeared.I had a great day, thanks to all that turned up, it must of been the biggest one yet, and a really good mix of cars.
a little vid from stow to aldeburgh which was slow in places because of traffic.

It would of been far easier to lead my group had people actually followed me .. Darren revised the start of the route because he suspected part of the a11 was shut, still it was nice not getting any stone chips for about 15 minutes !
I was the black Evo behind for the first leg. Did wonder if anyone was joining us for a moment...Gypsum Fantastic said:

Hope people knew the reason why I turned left not right at Sainsburys, I did know the route, honest!
I think the first few out missed it, but then others were directed the right way. We had a nice group eventually, my passenger and I were very impressed by the Fiesta.Gassing Station | East Anglia | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
