See you in a little while driving

Darren
You probably need to think about getting some shut eye in a minute wink
When car events happen, I think any PHer could survive on no sleep wink
  • Note to all behind me today: Yes I have slept!

A really great run as usual, thanks Darren, Mark and all the others that helped.

There were some lovely cars turned up, some very nice colours (I seem to like yellows and greens especially) and very pleased to hear them nearing the red line at times.

Nice to have had a chat with a few new faces as well as some regulars.

Thanks again.
Nick.

Thanks to Mark & Darren for organising another great run! A great mix of machinery as always.

Felt a little bit outgunned in the little Polo but good fun all the same!!

Cheers T

Back in grey cold and damp Norfolk now. Can't believe how nice it was in Aldeburgh!

Went with comfort over speed today. I'm sure the barge enjoyed pretending it was a sports car.

Could have been worse Mrs MS, you could have been on a motorbike! curse I had the same idea.

Was nice to have a sit in Archie, a very good choice, I just hope you managed not to chip his nose.

What a great turnout today and it was good to chat to a few people, as I usually keep to myself! I was last out of Stow and lost everyone at Coddenham and then took a wrong turn in Helmingham and ended up in Otley, but by chance managed to rejoin the group I was 'following' in Brandeston(?)

Here are a few pictures I took

No chips on his nose!! Luckily only saw two other cars on the roads, so was able to drive at 25mph. We will not be doing those roads for many months.

What a fantastic day out! driving

Thank you to everyone who made it out to join us for another excellent Fish'n'Chip Run to Aldeburgh.
With 80+ varied cars joining us on some lovely roads, it made a superb sight on the country road.

Thank you to MarkCSC for all your organisational efforts; it's always very much appreciated.
Also thank you to the two members who stepped forward last minute to help lead the enormous group to Aldeburgh thumbup

Weather was mainly cloudy, but dry which turned in our favour meaning roads were largely devoid of traffic. We missed any chippings, which was a bonus, too!
Upon arrival at Aldeburgh, I can't believe how pleasant it was, the sun coming out for a good while!

I'm sorry to report for the fourth, or maybe even the fifth year running, I didn't get my Fish'n'Chips. That said, once I enjoyed chatting with you all and snapping away, I did get down into town and had a rather tasty ice-cream lick

I'll post my photos of the prize winners, as well as link to my snaps once uploaded, in due course thumbup

Any and all feedback is most welcome as it can only help improve the experience for next time smile

Once again, thank you to everyone for making it along to what proved such an enjoyable day.
Rest assured, we'll be having another Fish'n'Chip Run next year, with our Next Run being on Sunday 25th June (I think I told a few of you the 24th - Sorry! paperbag)

Next up in the 2017 Calendar, though, is the next Summer Social Meet, SSM, at Snetterton on Wednesday 17th May Details for which you can FIND HEREsmile

My pleasure Mark, good to meet you!

I'm working on a cunning plan to have another iconic 911 join it soon smile
