Discussion
Well that was a great day, A big thank you to Darren and Mark for sorting things out, good to catch up with old friends and also to meet some new ones.
The TVR proved yet again it's a TVR on the way home
A visit to the paint and body shop now needed !
Thanks all for a bril time

Yeah cheers everyone for my first run with ph. It was great fun. I think I need to pamper my poor merc after treating it like that on those twisting roads trying to keep up with the rs4 and the gti (gti surely modded?). Poor thing felt a bit out of its comfort zone !
it looked and sounded great! i was surprised a few times when it went round a corner quicker than i could!LET Nova said:
Hi,
Thanks for letting me tag along today in my Nova Turbo. Everyone seemed very welcoming.
Had a great run out today. Thanks
What happened to the TVR? Rabbit run out?? Sad to see it looking like that.
Going home slowly at about 50 then what I thought was a stone hitting the bottom of the car but must have been one of the two bolts that snapped! Then lots of fibreglass scrapping sounds Thanks for letting me tag along today in my Nova Turbo. Everyone seemed very welcoming.

Oh, :/I liked the Nova tagging along !
You where not the only one. I lost both bolts holding top hat cover on. Then 2mi from home the spring clip that holds door lock in place fell off
All fixed now.
Hope your repair doesn't cost you to much.
Thanks
Hope to tag along again (probably next yr now)
Thanks guys for organising another great run out, some very nice cars out again including the very stealthy volvo....ha....
it was good to see some new faces and all the usual suspects.
had a great blast out in the mini before it goes away for winter......loved it...
See you all next time.....

Oh no,
What happened to it?
I really liked the Esprit. (Been looking them up online this evening
Hi Mark, the Esprit is just fine you know what kids are like if they can get one over on parents. Hope the searching for an Esprit is successful its a good time to buy now as prices seem to be rising, just be aware there are some dodgy ones out there. Many thanks to Darren and Mark for sorting out all the routes etc. and making it a very enjoyable day, hope to see you all again soon. DaveWhat happened to it?

Really great day and for a change we didn't get held up by much traffic. Great selection of cars with everything from mid engined supercars to ..well a Nova! And a pretty rapid Nova by all accounts.
The Hustle Bus did me proud again, not bad for a 17 year old SUV with 150,000 on the clock. However, I "might" have a new toy by the time we do the next one
Big thanks to Darren for leading and the rest of you for coming. Any feedback on the route and the end points appreciated.
Oh and did anybody else in my afternoon group pap themselves when they saw the blue flashing lights in their mirror?

Thought the routes both in the morning and afternoon were really good. Nice twisty bits with plenty of long straights allowing those of us without bonkers minis or lambos to still overtake the sunday dawdlers safely and keep the group together.More of the same next time please
