Cool video Digger. What speed where you doing down pit straight? I see you went into 5th, mad how difference our ratios are. I was touching the limiter in 4th at around 125 down there?
Sorry Jamie.. Not my vid. I'm just a sad git who instantly looks for footage from whichever trackday I have just been on !! (p.s. I didn't take mine on track this time)
RIGHT ... Yes I'm a tt for driving on track with fuel n oil in the boot I did take it out but I didn't pass DB test so I stuck it back in but 50 mins in I thought I'd test it again and it was 102 dead which is spot on I jumped in MR. To do 2 test laps as I have been messing around with the brakes an wasn't sure if they were gonna be any good
Yes it's around 400whp but I had it turned down to about 300 while I was testing it an was still going side ways
The noises coming from the engine are screamer pipe an wastegate and exhaust banging
The fire was nothing to do with fuel or oil in the boot
But I am sorry for using up track time

Didn't really get to say hello to anyone except digger, but looked like everyone enjoyed themselves.
Like others I felt the noise meter was reading high as I pulled a 106 despite the quiet silencer and a bolt on noise bung.. Considering done 8 competitive events and numerous trackdays all reading below 100 not sure what that was all about. Anyways was let out on a promise to keep revs down everywhere which I did. Poor light spoiled play as no front lights fitted, which was to be expected I suppose as It did lose light very quickly. Ended up on naughty step anyway at end with noise, exceed track limits and an overtake around corams issues, albeit was consented, and lots of room given.
Roll on next season. Couple of sprints left to do then, winter refresh time...

Thanks for coming guys, we had a nice display. Anyone get some pics. I was busy for most of the evening with a guy interested in buying the customer's GTR i was in.
Saw the race truck Chris, but did not get a chance to come over. Sounds like you were busy talking to the Marshalls most of the evening anyway lol
