I agree! Nice little short Ian - am I right in assuming the new effects will be seen 2006 PH vids "Produced by Ian Beech"

Darren

Some may well be used - for a start, no matter how fast you go Darren, I now have the ability to digitally slow you right down!

to quote Ian previously..."I promise no more now for a while ok!"

I knew you couldn't help yourself Ian...Happy New Year

I kept my promise Nick using the equation "a while = 3.5 days"

Well done Ian, as you may know I spend time in front of camera and some of the people I work with aren't as capable as you!!! I have just purchased a Canon XL1s for something I am working on (and a few lights), next time we have a gathering I will bring it along and you can have a play!

Thanks Scott, I`m looking to get more serious with this in 06 rather than dabbling, my present equipment (while a good amateur cam from Comets) isn`t up to professional standards so I`d like to see your Canon which I know is a serious bit of kit. I`m considering the Sony DSR-PD170 which is DVCAM or MINIDV format plus a host of things like omni-directional mics etc as I`d love to do this more seriously.

BTW I did see you on the tele a few weeks back!

Very evocative. Sadly I can imagine that sort of footage in twenty/thirty years time being used to show what it was like in the heyday of the car, before cars were legislated off the road and the oil ran out.

Happy New Year though!

Thanks Victor, I`d better do some more then if anyone wants to volunteer their beast!

mmmmmmmmmm....bit dodgy, and in my new 'senior position' someone of my rank and upstanding can't be seen to be hooning up and down the runway in their car!!!! however a nice bit of dual carriageway will do!!! whens convenient with you?

We need quiet weather (like today with no wind), a few free hours and a couple of gallons of fuel. I nearly always have some time weekends so providing you`re in the country, any time convenient will do it. How about meeting up at the Mosler factory in East Dereham? There are a couple of good "A" roads there, some useful dual carraigeway and also a bridge slightly west for over head shots!

Don't be surprised if a certain E320 shoots passed I'm usually out and about on weekends. One word of warning. The scamera teams like to use the bridges on the A47 around Dereham, but I've rarely seen them during weekdays, let alone weekends, but sods law and all that, lol!
Look forward to seeing a fellow German on screen

If you fancy joining us Darren, I could do a "2 for 1 same day" offer with the filming
