Guess who turned up at 2.00am Sunday morning again? A complete bunch of idiots trying the same thing two weeks on the trot. Anyway, after last week we got straight on the phone and complained to the police. I made it very clear that I would defend my property aggressively this time and they turned up, lights flashing within 10minutes before the backwards-cap-brigade even had the chance to run one race! Given how quickly they'd assembled I was amazed at the number of cars again - must have been at least 40-50!

Hopefully that's the last we'll see of them. I'm not completely unsympathetic to their cause mind. For instance, I'd be completely happy if the local council closed our road for a weekend and let then tear up and down at a civilised hour, and cleaned the place up afterwards. Hell, I'd be outside in my deckchair with a few scoups watching the event!

I think it's about time the government tried to find a solution to the problem instead of shifting it from one area to the next.
