My old car is up for sale. It was my first 911 and a real beauty. The tartan interior wasn't me but the rest of the car made up for it. We had considered re-upholstering it but didn't want to wreck it's originality. I beat a WRX around the back track at Manfield in this girl

Like I said . . . nice cat

Haha your funny. I never even saw the cat,

It is actually quite nicely engineered. Especially the exhaust fabrication probabably due to limited space. Very TVRish. I personally wouldn't own it but think it's a well executed project. From what I can rememember these things were quite competative back in their day. My old boss runs one with a twin cam Lotus in it which has or is featuring in NZ Classic Car mag.

You could look at the heat issue two ways. In the front the headers would get much more airflow over them reducing their temperature but it'd be a *&^%#& doing any work on the front of the motor if the cars been running. Nice pipe work tho

Not on TradeMe but if only I had $49,000 spare
TVR Tuscan Racer

That was for sale for quite some time last year and has competed in the NZ Targa. Looks like a bit of fun.

That's 10 minutes from my house. I'm calling in tomorrow to get the low down on its sale?

That would have to be one of the best posted in this thread so far!

Looking at the pics again I'm wondering of it's in New Zealand or on consignment? Can't see a rego sticker on the windscreen although it could be on the far side?

O.k now the Muira,

I emailed a friend who I thought may be interesed in it. He emailed them and I called in to see Dennis. The car is still in Japan. Dennis (car dealer) has a long term business contact in Japan who comes up with some unique pieces from time to time and lets him know. The Miura came up and Dennis has advertised it, I'm guessing on consignment only ie: it sells it come here? I didn't ask much more than that as at $625K my friend felt he was dreaming as he could have a fully restored or mint one out of the UK for $500K landed and complied here in NZ. Ahhh toys
