Got my villages mixed up - it's Barnston where I've seen the checks.

Ford End was notable for having a rough looking Porsche 924 on a drive for ages (which has recently gone as I think the house was sold) and in past an XJ-S on another drive.

Yes - apparently the "it's the longest curved multi-span bridge over land in England" designed to take traffic from the A12 to A120/Essex Regiment Way (eventually) via the new housing & commercial areas etc; plus the new railway station (being built) - currently it takes you from the Boreham Interchange to the Shell PFS near the Park & Ride.

The road network getting to it from the A12's a mess with many traffic lights, confusing signs & the whole thing already seems under provided for the traffic using it.

I drove over it on Saturday on my way to King's Lynn. Definitely felt easier than the other way, but then it would with no traffic on it!

Blue or red Maser - there seem to be a couple locally?

Two Supras' yesterday in Chelmsford, a proper one in red and a Beamer variant in a dark colour...both looked cracking.

Few on the A12 mid-morning today. Nth bound passing Boreham an orange 911 (993) cab, white RR Cullinan & dark grey Maserati Crecale (might be first one I've seen in Essex).

Southbound passing Hatfield Peveral & an army Land Rover Wolf - not particularly unusual with the Barracks in Colchester, but this one was roof-off & had camo netting in place; plus some cold looking soldiers.
