could well have been me, though Im not often south of TW, except on the road between eridge and crowborough on the odd occassion.

Mostly my car is on the country roads north west of TW at unscociable hours of the morning and evening

I can confess to doing the same on occasion although at slower speeds than yourself

I'm in Orpington... for my sins

Go to the Ide Hill meets usually and been to a couple of Virginia Waters trips too.

Also travel down to Surrey every month to meet up with the Jag boys.

Blimey.... I do have a social life! WHen did that happen?

We do have a meet most months in Ide Hill - Just off Junction 5 M25.

Usually get a good turnout of 40 cars or more.

Speaking of which, we haven't organised one this month, although probably left it a bit late now.

How about early June. Anybody up for it?

Why isn't it that easy to attract women?

OK, It's posted up on the events thread.

PS: Tony, not trying to step on your toes - just that we have this one established. Whereabouts in Kent would you be planning one 'cos I usually fancy a nice drive in the country?

I like the Woodman meet, but it would be nice to have one over the other side of Kent, so to speak......

Medway/Gravesend maybe.

no problem at all Groomi dear boy. If you have one established let's go with that one - if there is a desire at a later date to do something else where, I put a few meets on at a pub local to me in Medway that we may be able to go for.

Second Sunday in June sounds great - so let's go with that (at your venue) and take it from there!

The drive there for most isn't a problem...it's just an excuse to drive their cars more

Well done
T

Could be fun to mix it up a bit... any suggestion for venue in July?

Nice one fella!

P.S. it is that easy to attract women. Some facts I've learned this week:
a) Go to a mates wedding in New York
b) Be an usher
c) Wear a tux
d) Have impeccable manners
e) Speak very, very politely to every woman you meet

... like shooting fish in a barrel mate.

I had a very pleasant encounter with a charming nurse from San Diego thanks to that recipe .
