Hi All,

David is going to be running late, I'll try and sort things out when we get there (I've got the list from David), I'll also try and get there a little early.

I'll be the idiot getting out of the yellow car then looking rather lost - my mobile number is 0777******* if anyone needs to get hold of someone tonight. The ice rink is easy to find (just come off the A329m it's signposted) and I'll be around the entrance somewhere, probably sporting a PH t-shirt.

Cheers,
Ben.

You were lucky you missed it... it was a great disappointment.

(Hope that makes you feel better, dont read any further)

Thanks one and all for a great laugh. I had a great time, and am just sorry I missed the curry afterwards.

So, when is the rematch?

Excellent night, made even better by our team winning!biggrin I took a load of photos using Adam's camera as I stupidly decided not to bring mine. I'm sure he'll be along shortly to post some!

Thanks to E1DJH for doing a brilliant job organising it! clap

Hope the after race curry went just as well.

When can we do it again?biggrin

Wow how cool was that!! biggrin

Thanks so much to David for organising!

Only problem is that it's got me contemplating selling the teg already and buying something rear wheel drive - not sure i could afford all the rear tyres though! eekdrivingbiggrin

PS - Kart no.3 was the one to have! We had it for the 1st half and it was perfect and handled like an absolute dream, you could hold it sideways for practically the whole lap - I'm sure it was running on V-Power too!biggrin

Again, another thanks to Dave for organising this. 'twas a good night (and i'm sure Team 2 took the gold...I demand a recount.....smile)

The black flag shenanigans, shortcuts to the sin bin, Nathans very impressive ice 'burnout' and all round drift antics were great fun.

Sorry, but teams 1,2 and 4 weighed, measured and found wantingtongue out

Moral victories are overestimated I'm afraid.

I think we should pay heed to these comments and then take a ruling on team 3’s success:

This all has a hint of the McLaren / Ferrari dispute about it…… smile

My vote for the next round is Thruxton (the outdoor Karting circuit) - a quick blat down the M3 / A303 and some good roads out that way too.....
