Ah. Except there isn't a formal SAS meet this month any more! Between Monkey Puzzle, shooting, Thruxton and most importantly Pistonfest, it doesn't leave a lot of time! laugh

The flip-painted Aero 8 - Series II was sold last year, and has been replaced with a Series III Aero 8 which I picked up on Thursday. Have done 600 miles so far so should be fully run in by Tuesday evening.

Hey Kermit, it was me in the X5 (light green) that flashed you the other day near David Lloyd/Horton Park. I was driving along, mind elsewhere when I suddenly saw this bright green MG V8 and automatically flashed with the thumbs up. You must have been thinking "I wonder who that was" or something far more rude confused

Live in Farnham work in Chessington Road. X5, Aero 8 or Cooper S Convertible driving

Aha! Glad I know who it was now! I would've waved back, but as there was traffic behind me, I couldn't be 100% sure you wouldn't wonder why the freak in the green car waved back when you flashed the person you knew in the car behind me! laugh

R1 Jon, saw you last week in the morning (8am ish) driving past Hurley in the GT2 in the wet. I was waiting to pull out. Your car has so much presence.

Not knowing what a GTM K3 was, I decided to Google it, and found the http://www.gtmoc.co.uk/ The website is, erm, "unique", I must say! laugh

Surely the only owners' club to share a home page with Harvey, the incredibly cute family pet? biggrin

What is the performance like on one of these? It's not often that I come across something I've never even heard of before! smile
