I encountered my first Talivan in Surrey last week, between Woking and Ottershaw (heading towards the M25) - I think it's the A320.
Has anyone else seen them at all/occasionally/regularly and if so where ? Has anyone been prosecuted due to one of these damned things ?

This one was after the 6-ways, heading towards the M25, not far from the Shell Garage in Ottershaw. Fortunately there was quite a bit of traffic around and I was well under the posted 40 limit.
