here go's my first message can anybody help me please i have a y registration ford focus with a ford cassette player in it to which i want to change to a ford cd player but not sure which of the models will fit can anybody help.

Hello and welcome!!

Assuming its not an odd shape, pretty much any CD player will fit, you may need a matching plate.
you would be better going for a non-ford unit if you can as they are cheaper and usually FAR better.

We replaced a focus one for £20 from ebay, it's fine (eg you put it in and it plays).
