hi,can anyone help with my friends problem?he has a high line sat nav dvd system in his mondeo,he was putting the latest software update on it,on the instructions it does say do not interrupt when started,his daughter turned the ignition off now nothing works.does anyone know how to reboot or reinstall the software? many thanks pete

yes it's the 2006/ 07 disc,he bought it on ebay, will let you know more on wednesday when it should be up and running again pete.
