HELP - Stuck rear passenger window - can anyone help?

Our Galaxy GhiaX (electric windows all round)has decided to play up just before Christmas

Rear passenger window stuck in the down position and we're unable to get it back up. Not only a security risk but potentially threatening our annual 500 mile Xmas round trip to see extended family.
Anyone know how I can get window back up for now without damaging glass window or mechanism (I'll worry about properly fixing the window motor in New Year).
Any help GREATLY appreciated.
