Focus Cosworth RS

Hi, i have just bought a focus rs and although im happy with the car and the proformance im already looking for a power upgrade! I have thought about a larger turbo,chipping a new intercooler and a new exhaust which would put the power up to around 350bhp. although this is good im worried about traction and torque stearing. so rather then doing that i thought about a cosworth 4x4 conversion to make my FRS a 4 weel drive monster! is this a good idea and if any one has done this before how hard was it and what problems did you come across as i only have basic skills and want to know if its worth it!!

just had a thought abuot useing my focus rs engine with the 4x4 running gear of the cossie! can this be done or do i have to transplante the engine and gearbox aswell!!
