I don't think this Fabio chap is the same guy involved with TVR Italia, as they are opposing the IP claim on this link. Fabio also owns the Black Douglas Motorcycle company. Strange things are afoot...

No he's not I was just guessing in my post before I went and had a look.

I didn't mention that although it's pretty rich that he's challenging that trademark when he has done something similar. I believe he tried to claim he had aquired the rights to manufacture TVRs a few years back. I think some of the former TVR workers are aware of him.

Interesting to see the logo in that trademark application has now been removed from the FB page.

Obviously they want to keep their identity secret well it's too late now as it's all there on that trademark page.
