Nut heaters are expensive but might get that off for you.

Job done thanks guys. One come out with the extraction tool easy enough, the other had to be cut and drilled. And yes, I did make the schoolboy error of snapping the drill bit in there

Managed to get through with a carbide tip but will need to tap it but that should be straight forward. Oh the joys of ownership and maintenance

Still bust em every five minutes especially when removing a seat belt bolt,,, fun that was,,,, not.
