Old negs found from TVR Factory visit 1990

Great Pictures Rich, like you I'm interested to know who order the pink S and if it still in existence?

Thought i would try and be clever and zoom in on the calendar on the V8S pic. as that would tell the year, but i am not skilful enough to do that, any other takers for the job?

No luck either. The Internet image is low res. But it's a sharp picture so it might work from the original negative - hint, hint.

There was a 'Porsche paradise pink' S that turned up to a VW meet once, although the new owner had got the reg docs changed to 'red'.

I had an S3 and have been to dozens of TVR-based meets and events over 11 years and have never heard of an S3 with bonnet side vents. If you've seen one I suspect it's an owner modification, possibly an S4 bonnet.

The driving lights were standard on the S3C's which also had cats and LSD

Also optional on the S3 (non-cat)

I have tried to look at the original scans which are 3 meg in size
but all I could see is the March on the calendar on one of the pics.

If anyone thinks they can do better I am happy to email them the original pic/s

The only way I can guess the date is that in the negative packet with these pics
is some other pictures including 2 of my son who is now 18.5 years old
He was born in late 1989 and the picture is of him in one of those baby bouncers
that you hang off the door frame.
If it was March 1990 then he would be the 4/5 months old correct to be in one of those contraptions
Any later than this and he would be too big to fit in it

Just out of curiosity, what were the differences between the S3c and the S4?

Date changed now to March 1991 - Adrian you are correct
I have now scanned the neg of what I thought was my son to find
it was actually my friend's son who is a year younger so I can
now safely say the date of the pics was March 1991

That was probably me at virginia waters with the porche marsalla pink S (it was the previous owner who changed the doc's to "Red"), but that one in the piccie isn't it! I've been trying to find original pics of mine as it was on the stand at the 1990 motor show....any one out there go to that show?
