Can you explain what Stage1/2/3 heads actually mean ?
Absolutely fk all with out flow numbers
Fair point, but in general:

1 = In/Ex port tidy up....some think this is polishing but its more about shape....the polish comes as a result of the kit used to get the shape and repeat the size/shape consistantly. Sized and matched chambers. Would normally include bullet guides. Skim for desired CR.

2 = Stg 1 plus bigger inlet valves.

3 = Stg 2 plus bigger exhaust valves. (if there is room, or best size combo for the space)

Options on top of these are different/double springs, compound angled valve seats and matched ports to manifolds.

I daresay I would be impressed ,but point being I should be for what it costs.

Be a poor show if there wasn't such an improvement.

Please note everyone, a prominent Griff owner has just admitted (in public) that he'd be impressed by a Chimaera biggrin

I don't think so, and anyway, you should never let the truth get in the way of a good story!

Absolutely ONLY the engine .... rolleyes

Though on the plus side from sitting inside the car enjoying the engine I wouldn't be aware I was sitting in a chim. so it wouldn't be that bad
