Anthony - here's how:

1. Open an account (It's free) with somebody who will 'host' your photos etc - Try www.PHOTOBUCKET.COM
2. Upload your photos to this site - It's self-explanatory how to do this - and you can upload hundreds.
3. When your photo is uploaded, look at the photo and below you will see a link to it starting: [IMG]....It is the last row of 3 below the photo.
4. Drag the mouse across the link to highlight it, right click the mouse and select copy.
5. Come back to PH and in the 'Message' box for the message you are currently creating place the cursor where you want the photo to be.
6. Right click your mouse and select paste.
7. Job done.

Now thats help!
