Ok so you cant talk bout commissioned work for clients.
So lets ask about your car...the 07 Red LHD Sag with dark coloured spiders...you have previously posted about here on PH.
Do you still have it and does it now have an american V8 engine?

There is a substantial amount of evidence linking you with that Facebook page called "TVR CARS". Everyone is NOT happy with you using their copyrighted photographs on that site and you have been asked to remove them from your Facebook page. This was repeated on one of your recent threads before you banned everyone.I respect everyone and i pretend to be respected in my work.
You talk about respect yet you treat us here as if we are all stupid. It is clearly you who is running that page. Even Smolenski's employees say they transferred that page to you. You have pictures of the same projects/cars on both the Facebook page and your personal website and you have an identical style and manner of writing.
It's perhaps less convenient for you that we're not all stupid, but unfortunately I think the "assumptions" are entirely accurate.
I've just done a bit more digging.
The applicant of the 'TVR Engineering' trademark is listed as Fabio Cardoni, so not the same name.
However, if we look at other trademarks owned by the same person we see a company called 'The Black Douglas Motorcycle Co'
If we vist their website we see the business address of that company is the same as Gianluca's business.
That's a bit of a co-incidence isn't it?

Because most would assume that such a group would go to someone who is genuinely a fan, with honourable intentions. I don't think it would have been anticipated quite this guys intentions or (more importantly...i feel) his attitude and approach to it.
It looks like he has been working on the Cerbera since December 2010 and we are now in January 2013 and the car is a bare shell and a long way from being finished, I doubt we will see anything from him soon and certainley a long way from any kind of manufacturing.
If NS has alowed him to use the TVR facebook site then that tells me all we need to know about him. And all he has done over the last week is tarnish the TVR brand.
Great work by the PH who have been looking into this I am sure the guy has been stunned that so much has been found out about him so quickly, hopefull he will go away to his shed and leave TVR to us the enthusiasts and owners that have the heart and soul of TVR.

I think like most people on here we liked the page because it looked like an official TVR fan page and it was good to have some different pictures of lovely TVR's pop up on our news page rather than some of the other stuff we get everyday. It was only when this page stated to claim that they were the spokesman for a company that were making TVR cars people started to complain.
