Merry Xmas all!

Just one more sleep (XMAS EVE) 'til we know when we are getting this ugly, overpriced dinosaur of a car whose performance will be surpassed by every mainstream EV costing half as much.

Can't wait smile
Yes, merry Xmas everyone !

@Testarossa: Is news to be expected ?

Is that what you were shown at the private viewing, or did they unveil the red car that is now on public display ?

Other than the wheels that's pretty much identical isn't it?

I think it was shown, but it's a small-scale model and i can't remember if it was that polished. But this was just additional to the full-scale model to illustrate how the design process worked. The red one from the reveal was not shown. If you take a look at the TVR Rebirth video you can see the the silver full-scale model that was shown and also the room and set-up which it was shown in.

I’d say the model is pretty much identical..maybe the rear wheels are now larger diameter. I’d like to see the new car in a metallic/pearlescent ‘whitey-silvery-ivory’ colour...could work well..??!!

For those of you who are deposit holders, when do you have to select your car's colour and trim? Is there an unlimited choice?

We have not yet had any communication on this. Maybe, it depends on where you are in the queue but even if you are deposit holder number one I think you'll be waiting some time for that question to be asked given that production is not likely until 9 - 18 months' away.

Re the Shmee video...

I’ve just noticed that the wheels (passenger side) on the “racing version” are different to the driver side.

The passenger side are the same design Rimstock’s that are on the ‘show-car’ but are gloss black...and look very, very cool indeed...!!

Or is my failing eyesight...??? (apologies if so !!)

I can't believe that the latest news on the company website is from June 2017, but it is!

I was thinking the same, hopefully they’ve taken comments on board and made it more aggressive, love the paint and looks better with black wheels. I wonder if this is the special launch edition paint that was mentioned.

My first post on this thread; these latest pics have sparked me up.

I'm still in mourning after selling to pay for loft conversion. frown

Not seen the new car in the flesh yet, but IMO some TVRs don't seem to be very photogenic. The Tamora is much more aggressive than photos suggest.

This latest pics just posted look the absolute bks!!
