Will you be posting it on here ?
Reckon it will be a hoot for members to see how we used to work from our back gardens or on the street in our activities back in the old days..

Delighted to post that i received the DVD this morning.

Sorry that it turns out of mostly my beautiful Irish Setter that i had for 14 years before she had to be put to sleep in 1998 due to being paralised..

Anyhow lots of footage of her posing inside WFD..Pity the picture quality isn`t better to show more detail..
Wish i had taken some of the engine dept to compare with what is installed now..
1600 crossflow was lost in the V8 sized space..

Note the VW Variant tow vehicle for the Mason Stiletto..I had forgotten all about that splendid vehicle ,even though the engine expired on the M2 on the way back from Lydden Hill race circuit during 1980.
.
The shared accommodation was cleaned up later by me and decorated outside to the delight of the landlord..Looks awful in the film..
Stiletto was moved to another location in Burnham on Crouch after an add in Motoring news brought forward the guy with the Elan Sprint..At the time we were both envious of each others TVR and Lotus..
As it turned our team was ceased by me due to him being a nob hence the cars were returned to opposite Brentwood Station which is the backdrop of the film..

What more can i say other than well done on WFD to its magnificent condition today..

Tried to get some connection on the DVD to copy to my picture gallery and thereon forward to this site but no success yet..
Others have forwarded cine film footage to fb sites so it must be possible..

Anyone on reading this on here know how ?

Well after a lot of clicking on and key pressing i copied the DVD into my lap top . The file as expected is too large but i have managed to post on "You Tube"....

Excuse the poor quality of the cine film and some of you may not like the post but Keith and i think it is grand..

Listed under TVR VIXEN S2 WFD 400H and i am about to share it on my Facebook site "Llewellyn Imp Motorsport"..

Many thanks again for the help in transferring the DVD to my lap top gallery

The majority of internet users are in general nice but my experience of car clubs in relation to my field have their nobs..

Going back to 1980 i belonged to the Essex branch of the TVR CC and it was fab..That was the period of when WFD was being unsuccessfully converted to Ford V6 but i was invited on to the scene around High Beech driving my Hillman Avenger Tiger..all the same
Good memories there..Must have been around 1982 {?}.

The other is one of Harry laying on the carpet..

Or Llewellyn Imp Motorsport..

About time we were fb friends to make things easier i think

Thank you TR4man.

The Setter was my first personal dog rescued from a neighbour when i lived in Billericay, Essex..Actually the start of my dog rescue activities.. That being my first property as well..
The Elan Sprint was owned by a recruited helper from a Motoring news advert for accommodation for the Mason Stiletto rather than the unsuitable end back garden of the shared accommodation as scene in video...
Disappointingly it didn`t work out the way it should..

Ok..It`s only a cloth TVR badge i use to wear on an old jacket..
Don`t think i will ever have another TVR so you can make use of it..
As far as i know it must be unique ,circa 1980 ish TVR Car Club..
Not as special as the video conversion but just a little bit of appreciation for bringing back a bit of past//

No that video conversion must have been a packet..
I will send the badge by signed for just in case such a period item goes missing..It has happened so many times when i send stuff via ebay as an example.

Good show..Hands up everyone who is jealous? lol

Has anyone else one of these ,or do the TVRcc still issue them?

When i started ebaying in i think 2005 i had loads of TVRcc magazines ..
After trying a few on a what i thought was a suitable ebay site i was disappointed with a low response..
then trying another category the response was amazing..So much interest from editions of the 1980`s..
Whereas in the Imp Car Club you cannot give away their monthly mags..Strange is the world of collectable items.

As i have said from the start of this thread. I am chuffed that one of my previous treasures, as in WFD 400H has ended up in safe hands and is going to be pristine.
