Good post Trev. Yeah for those of you who are not familiar with Blackpool there are more speed camera than residents!!!!!!!! So be carefull out there. The BIB are aware what is happening so will probably be on the look out.

OK, arrangements completed for the labrador to be looked after on Friday, 'dental appointment'organised, so count another Essex TVR in, please. Some 20 years ago I drove from Chelmsford to Haughin's in Barrow-in-Furness and back in a day just to look at a 350i I was interested in buying, so a day trip to Blackpool to lend my support for my favourite marque won't be a hardship

Just hope the management (used in the loosest terms) don't pull some stunt like giving the workers a long weekend starting Thursday night

P.S. 40 Union Jack Flags arrived this morning...very discrete 5" x 7" on a 15" wooden stick...So give some thought on how you will attach them to your cars and bring any tape/bluetack etc. required...Weather forecast is dry ... so tops should be off (the cars of course)

From a original idea from hormone I have produced the A3 print as below, thought it would be nice to put them on the cars when parked at the factory, if deemed appropriate by Dave Chant (NTEL) I would be happy to bring enough for all the cars,.

Just a thought.


I would also like to thank Dave (NTEL) for all the hard work he and others have put in to ensure this event happens.
